Conditions

The rates are intended per person and day and include a weekly change of bed linen, kitchen and bath towels, consumption of electricity and various taxes.
The price does not include the tourist tax. Children up to the age of 14 years are tax-exempt.

Booking is deemed confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total amount which also acts as a guarantee of the booking. The deposit can be paid by postal cheque, or by bank transfer.

In case of a prior departure or a later arrival the price is calculated as agreed through reservation.

Internetaccess WI-FI in price included.

We accept small pets by prior arrangement, provided they are quiet, clean and supervised by the owners (5.00 € per day)

We don't accept credit cards.

Please don't smoke in the apartements.
